The Role
This is a casual Guest Services Officer position, located at Reflections Holidays, working in both Ballina and Shaw's Bay Parks.
The purpose of the role is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate our RMS, Newbook, or similar reservations system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of bookings and enquiries.
- Perform general office duties, including banking, cleaning, and maintaining the office/kiosk area.
- Prepare correspondence, maintain accurate records, and perform filing tasks in accordance with procedures.
- Assist the Park Manager and Supervisors with the opening and closing of the office and kiosk/store.
- Receive and process payments via our computerised point of sale register.
- Assist with stock takes and invoicing for the kiosk, store, cabins, office, and cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Direct visitors within the park and provide assistance as needed.
- Assist with social media administration at the park level, as required.
About You

The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on providing excellent service.
- Proficiency in using a booking/reservations system.
