We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service & Experience Lead to join our team. As a Service & Experience Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring the wellbeing of our customers is at the forefront of everything we do.

The successful candidate will have a strong qualification in disability services, community services, aged care, or comparable experience. You will have hands-on experience in effectively engaging with people with complex needs and be confident in making independent decisions while on the job. Your ability to recognise when to escalate situations and prioritise customer wellbeing is essential.

You will also possess a valid NSW Drivers C class licence, as part of your role will involve driving customers to and from appointments, on outings, and for various other reasons.
