We are seeking a motivated and resilient Careers Coordinator to join our team at APM Futures, delivering highly individualised employment supports to NDIS Participants.

About the Role

This casual position will commence as a weekday role, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, with potential for development into a full-time role over time. Our offices are located in Parramatta, Penrith, and Sutherland, with further opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support and mentorship to participants to encourage skills development and increase their capacity for work.
  • Deliver person-centred supports to participants transitioning from school to work, ensuring a seamless integration process.
  • Offer on-site support once employment has commenced, assisting with participant integration and addressing any challenges that may arise.
  • Travel as required for service delivery and support of participants.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check.
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
  • Capable of passing a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Ability to complete an NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement.
