Network Infrastructure Coordinator

We're looking for an experienced Network Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team at Endeavour Energy. As a key member of our construction and commissioning team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our network assets.
The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working closely with customers, stakeholders, consultants, and other collaborators to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers and ASPs to provide a superior customer experience during construction and commissioning of contestable network assets;
- Maintaining all project documentation in relevant systems and forwarding relevant documents to Network Data to update records;
- C coordinating access to Endeavour Energy's Network by scheduling System Control Staff and other resources as required;
- Collaborating with Construction Coordinators, Customer Network Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences;
- Re-engineering internal applications to connection processes as rules change, including developing and improving workplace instructions and branch procedures;
- Providing valuable customer insights to learning workshops and regular teamwork across internal workgroups and external partners;
- Influencing and engaging across the branch and other key internal stakeholders to foster an inclusive and integrated team.

Required qualifications and licenses include:
- Vocational - Electrical trade qualifications or Certificate III - Distribution Powerline Worker;
- C Vehicle licence up to 4.5 tonnes gross vehicle mass (GVM);
- Green Card Workcover Induction for Construction Work - General Course.
