Job Title: Service Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at Bolton Clarke. In this role, you will provide service coordination for care recipients receiving Home Care Packages funded by the Commonwealth Government.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Coordination: You will receive calls from the Customer Service Centre and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Relationship Building: You will develop and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure seamless and cost-effective care.
  • Communication: You will respond to all internal and external customer communications in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer Skills: You will have demonstrated experience in MS Office.
  • Customer Service: You will have demonstrated commitment and experience in providing high-quality customer service.
  • Organisational Skills: You will have excellent organisational and time management skills.
