We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our Sydney or Parramatta office, where you will work alongside a supportive team of professionals committed to making a positive impact. Our model ensures an all-encompassing support structure, empowering our Case Managers to excel in a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities will include advising and providing case management support across various rehabilitation cases, engaging with stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes, contributing to excellent return to work results, and coaching and mentoring colleagues. You will also contribute to the development of innovative solutions to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you should possess exceptional time management and organizational skills, a customer-focused approach, highly developed communication skills, and a strategic mindset. A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration, combined with the ability to coach and mentor others, is essential for your success.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including four weeks annual leave, novated leasing opportunities, paid volunteer days, health insurance discounts, and access to employee recognition awards and service milestone recognitions.
