About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance and Reporting Manager to join our team at Ventia. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our Defence Base Services (DBS) Contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate and analyze data to provide insights on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) performance for contractual services, submitting results to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Ensure senior management and finance teams are informed of any potential contractual breaches, taking proactive steps to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Manage the reporting, investigation, and close-out of contract breaches, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain databases, registers, and procedure manuals relevant to performance and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards for senior management, providing a clear overview of KPI performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Actively manage the close-out of open incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Review and ensure timely delivery of monthly contractual reports, KPI performance reports, statutory declarations, and ad-hoc reporting for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of toolbox talks and other mechanisms to improve compliance and culture, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive positive change.
  • Conduct KPI performance audits to ensure data accuracy, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Support the Contract Services Manager as required, providing expertise and guidance to ensure successful contract delivery.

Requirements

  • Attentive to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in PowerBi, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of contract management and performance reporting.
  • High level of competency with MS Office suite, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work with people from all levels of the organization, including senior management, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-focused, with the ability to identify and prioritize problems and issues, generate solutions, and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of motivation, energy, initiative, and commitment, with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.
