About the Role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our Pricing, Planning and Performance (PPP) team at Pepper. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing timely, accurate, and relevant financial analyses, performance insights, and reports that empower informed decision-making and enable proactive performance management across our core business segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality performance analysis and reporting, including monthly business performance packs, to support informed decision-making.
  • Enhance our monthly reporting to reflect prevailing business conditions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools, such as Tableau, to drive financial and pricing business outcomes.
  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process for our core business segments.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create and execute product pricing strategies that optimize profitability and growth.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and modeling support to enable informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in FP&A and management reporting.
  • Accounting/Finance degree and ACA or CPA qualifications.
  • Minimum 7 years of FP&A/management reporting experience, with a strong focus on forecasting and modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment, particularly in lending.
  • Prior experience in lending product pricing and understanding of pricing mechanics.
  • Prior experience in Treasury and understanding of funding structures and mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with data and analytics infrastructure, data visualization, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with planning and forecasting tools.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
