Performance Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Assurance Manager to join our team at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice.
As a key member of our Shared Service & Customer Experience (SSCX) team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the quality and assurance framework and performance and analytics capability to drive excellence in systems, processes, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and lead the implementation of the quality and assurance framework and performance and analytics capability for SSCX.
- Coordinate the business planning for SSCX, ensuring accurate data for inclusion into organisational reporting and statutory annual reporting.
- Work collaboratively with other Directors and Managers in SSCX to maintain and test the Business Continuity Plan.
- Manage systems and services quality assurance and performance capability to ensure compliance with government standards, legislation, and departmental policies.
- Develop and maintain the SSCX Risk Register and Risk Management Framework.
- Work closely with team members in Service Management Assurance along with functional Directors in SSCX and collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of BCP, audit activities, reporting and key insights for decision making.
- Knowledge and experience in business analytics, benchmarking and implementing systems and processes.
