We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our diverse team at Easygo, a leading provider of services to the iGaming industry. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our global clients through various channels.

Your Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive seamless support across multiple time zones. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries, addressing issues, and providing personalized assistance. Your fluency in both English and Portuguese will enable you to effectively communicate with our international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
  2. Resolve complex customer issues efficiently, escalating concerns when necessary, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data, communicating effectively with internal teams as needed.
  5. Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
  6. Contribute to process improvements by suggesting innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom.
  • Australian work rights preferred but not essential.
