We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Support Specialist to join our team at Woodforde Group.

About the Role

This is a full-time, temporary position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email, managing the email inbox, and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Manage email inbox and triage emails to appropriate teams or individuals
  • Respond to customer emails as needed and resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain high levels of productivity
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and experience
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach
