As a Disability Support Specialist, you will provide 1:1 support to NDIS participants across various locations, including Northern and Western suburbs. We match our support workers based on their skillset, preferences, and interests, ensuring a great fit for both parties.

Hearth Support Services pays above award rates and offers flexible hours, allowing you to work close to home and enjoy a better work-life balance.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include assisting participants with community access and recreational activities, personal care, manual handling, transportation, and social engagement. You will also be involved in light domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A professional or lived experience supporting someone with a disability
  • An understanding of the disability sector and person-centred support
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
