About the Role
The Workforce Strategy and Planning Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex strategies and projects to achieve specific outcomes.
This role develops effective processes, systems, and tools that support prioritization and implementation of strategic work across the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement workforce strategies and projects to achieve organizational objectives.
- Manage and coordinate the development of processes, systems, and tools to support strategic work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of strategies and projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and projects, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in workforce strategy and planning, with a focus on complex projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
