We're looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team in Mascot Corporate Campus. As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you'll play a key role in planning crew pairings and rostering to attain optimal operational consistency and reduce expenses.

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Present data sets and improvements to the business
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of various planning scenarios
  • Identify key insights to inform rostering strategies
  • Develop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in workforce planning
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning fundamentals
  • Highly developed analytic, strategic, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced numeracy skills to analyse and present numerical data
  • Proven ability to identify issues and develop strategic options
  • Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
