Job Overview



We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Strategy and Planning Director to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex strategies and projects to achieve specific outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will support the achievement of organisational objectives and develop effective processes, systems, and tools that support prioritisation and implementation of strategic work across the business unit.

About You

Requirements




  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's policies and procedures to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people
  • Proven project management skills with experience managing projects, conducting research, analysing and reviewing complex workforce strategies and policy issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
