Roster Coordinator

As a Roster Coordinator with HammondCare, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining rosters for our Home Care Workers, guaranteeing a seamless and efficient experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer client and staff schedules, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and fairness.
- Actively participate as a member of the centralised support team, providing system and staff administration.
- Maintain up-to-date data on care worker information.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics, or call centre.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving skills and outstanding communication and coordination skills.
