Role Overview

This exciting opportunity as a Software Support Specialist is perfect for someone who's passionate about providing top-notch customer service and troubleshooting skills. As a key member of our close-knit team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly by providing level 1 application support for our amazing software.

About You

We're looking for an experienced individual with excellent written and verbal English communication skills, preferably with experience in a customer service environment, ideally providing application support. Your ability to work independently, think critically, and learn new software quickly will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer-centric support via various channels, including email, JIRA ticketing system, video, or phone.
  • Troubleshoot issues, fulfill requests, and provide solutions to clients.
  • Maintain training documentation and deliver training to existing and new clients.
  • Collaborate closely with our small team, sharing insights, and contributing to our collective success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Experience in a customer service environment, ideally providing application support.
  • Intermediate level with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Any Database/SQL knowledge is a bonus.
  • Excellent time management skills and highly organized.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.

Salary & Benefits
