About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our Global Operations team in Melbourne. In this role, you'll take ownership of complex customer queries, ensuring timely resolutions that meet our clients' satisfaction standards. Your strong stakeholder management skills will enable you to build customer relationships and internal networks, while utilizing various technological platforms to resolve customer queries.
Responsibilities
*Take ownership of complex customer queries*Strong stakeholder management*Utilize technological platforms*Become a subject matter expert on Xplor systems*Liaise with colleagues for continuous improvement*Improve customer-facing processes*Meet customer service level agreements (SLAs)*Collaborate with senior colleagues*Demonstrate effective engagement and communication*Resolves second-line customer queries
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
*Demonstrable experience in a similar field*Track record of building strong client relationships*Attention to detail and documentation skills*Experience working with technology and data*Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
