Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage onsite guards, fostering a high-performing team and ensuring top-notch security services.
* Strengthen service delivery partnerships and address customer complaints promptly to maintain high standards.
* Oversee staff rosters, assist in recruitment and induction, and ensure compliance with all security processes and quality assurance measures.
* Maintain focus on asset protection while using appropriate communication methods, such as radio, phone, and logbooks, to report incidents and issues.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in Supervisory roles
* Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
* NSW Security Licence
* Must have full working rights in Australia
* Willing to undergo Rail Safety training onsite
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Effective time management and prioritization skills
* High standards of professionalism and integrity
