Aviation Security Management Lead

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Security Supervisor to join a leading security company, MSS Security Pty Ltd. The successful candidate will oversee the provision of security services at a site, ensuring compliance with MSS Security Standing Instructions and Site Operating Procedures (SOPs) and agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing leadership to a team of experienced operators in a global monitoring centre
- Managing day-to-day operations, including roster management, staff recruitment and onboarding
- Ensuring adherence to client compliance requirements
- Creating and maintaining daily and monthly reports for clients
- Building rapport with the team and client representatives
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Certificate II in Security Operations and a current First Aid certificate
- A NSW Security Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- The ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening
- Technical skills and the ability to work across multiple systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in supervising small teams
