Role Overview
This role is responsible for overseeing the provision of security services at a site, ensuring compliance with MSS Security Standing Instructions and Site Operating Procedures (SOPs), and agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day work of MSS employees at the site, managing rosters, coverage, daily operations, and KPIs as per client requirements.
- Ensure staff compliance and training, liaise with client representatives to ensure optimal levels of service delivery, and provide ongoing support with continuous business improvement and change management.
- Provide leadership to a team of experienced operators in a global monitoring centre, managing day-to-day operations, including roster management, staff recruitment, and onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to client compliance requirements, create and maintain daily and monthly reporting for clients, and build rapport with the team and client representatives.
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate.
- NSW Security Licence.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening.
- Ability to obtain an ASIC application (funded by MSS Security).
- Previous working experience in the security aviation industry and/or monitoring centre is desirable.
- Technical skills and ability to work across multiple systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in supervising small teams.
