Job Purpose
This role is responsible for overseeing the provision of security services at a monitoring centre. You will manage day-to-day operations, including rosters, staff recruitment, and onboarding.
About the Role
As an Aviation Security Supervisor - Monitoring Centre, you will lead a team of experienced operators. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to client compliance requirements, and creating daily and monthly reporting.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with a Certificate II in Security Operations and a current First Aid certificate. A NSW Security Licence and the ability to work with multiple systems are also required. Previous experience in the security industry and/or monitoring centre is desirable.
