Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Muswellbrook site. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day security operations, ensuring smooth access control and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise security staffs and ensure they complete their induction and training.
- Manage access control and badging on site.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide top-notch service.
- Address any customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Lead regular team meetings and relay important information.
- KPI tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
- Certificate II in Security Operations.
- Valid NSW Security Licence.
- NSW Driver's Licence.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum.
