About the Role
MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Aviation Security Supervisor to oversee the provision of security services at a client site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including roster management, staff recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring adherence to client compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to a team of experienced operators in a global monitoring centre
- Manage day-to-day operations, including roster management and staff recruitment and onboarding
- Ensure adherence to client compliance requirements
- Create and maintain daily and monthly reporting for clients
- Build rapport with team members and client representatives
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
- NSW Security Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening
- Ability to obtain an ASIC application (funded by MSS Security)
- Previous working experience in the security industry, particularly in aviation and/or monitoring centre environments
- Technical skills and ability to work across multiple systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in supervising small teams
