We are seeking an Aviation Security Site Supervisor to assist the Aviation Services Manager with day-to-day management of onsite employees at Mascot, Sydney site.
- Permanent Full Time | Level 5 $27.74/hr + super + Award allowances
- Free onsite parking | Close to public transport
- Full support for Certification and Clearance Processes
About the Role
The Aviation Security Site Supervisor will oversee operational client relationships, staff rosters, quality assurance, and compliance with aviation security processes.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead and manage onsite guards, fostering a high-performing team and ensuring top-notch security services.
- Service Quality and Client Relations: Strengthen service delivery partnerships and address customer complaints promptly to maintain high standards.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee staff rosters, assist in recruitment and induction, and ensure compliance with all aviation security processes and quality assurance measures.
- Reporting: Maintain focus on asset protection while using appropriate communication methods to report incidents and issues.
About You
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following:
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
- NSW Security Licence
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening
- Ability to obtain an ASIC Clearance - we will fund this application
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- High standards of professionalism and integrity
