Job Overview
We are seeking an Aviation Security Site Supervisor to assist the Aviation Services Manager with the day-to-day management of onsite employees at Mascot, Sydney site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage onsite guards, fostering a high-performing team and ensuring top-notch security services.
- Strengthen service delivery partnerships and address customer complaints promptly to maintain high standards.
- Oversee staff rosters, assist in recruitment and induction, and ensure compliance with all aviation security processes and quality assurance measures.
- Maintain focus on asset protection while using appropriate communication methods to report incidents and issues.
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
- NSW Security Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening
- Ability to obtain an ASIC Clearance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- High standards of professionalism and integrity
