MSS Security Pty Ltd is a leading security company in Australia, delivering high-quality services across the nation. We are seeking an experienced Aviation Security Site Supervisor to join our team at the Mascot, Sydney site.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Aviation Services Manager in the day-to-day management of onsite employees.
- Oversee operational client relationships, staff rosters, quality assurance, and compliance with aviation security processes.
- Lead and manage onsite guards, fostering a high-performing team and ensuring top-notch security services.
- Strengthen service delivery partnerships and address customer complaints promptly to maintain high standards.
- Oversee staff rosters, assist in recruitment and induction, and ensure compliance with all aviation security processes and quality assurance measures.
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate.
- NSW Security Licence.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening.
- Ability to obtain an ASIC Clearance - MSS Security will fund this application.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- High standards of professionalism and integrity.
