About the Opportunity

This role is an exciting opportunity to join Abbott Rapid Diagnostics as a Senior Sales Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a group of customers to achieve designated sales target levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth with new and existing customers.
  • Possess and apply in-depth product knowledge, as well as thorough knowledge of clients' businesses.
  • Responsible for direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
  • In charge of sales expansion, introducing new products/services to clients and organizing visits to current and potential clients.
  • Submit short and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets.
  • Ensure that clients receive high-quality customer service.
  • Inform clients of new products and services as they are introduced.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years' experience in Business Development, preferably in Health Tech/Diagnostics/Medical Devices industry.
  • Experience in strategic selling is preferable.
  • Knowledge in tender management is ideal.
  • Technology savvy.
  • Advanced Excel Skills.

What We Offer

The salary range for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time opportunity with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
