About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team, responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the diagnostic market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key customers to achieve sales targets and develop strategic business partnerships.
- Develop and execute plans to introduce new products and services, ensuring seamless adoption by clients.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of client businesses, identifying opportunities to deliver high-value solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and marketing programs.
- Pursue sales expansion through proactive outreach, introducing new products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs and concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the health technology or diagnostics sector.
- Proven track record in strategic selling, with expertise in tender management and technology-driven solutions.
- Advanced Excel skills, with ability to analyze complex data and drive business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
