This position plays a vital role in managing theatre allocation rosters at Eastern Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective allocation of operating suites within approved guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in procedures and processes to maximise efficiency for smooth workflow, as well as strong computer and keyboard skills in EMR, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Teams) and iPM Patient Administration System Management.

A comprehensive understanding of the healthcare environment and good knowledge of medical terminology are essential. Additionally, the ability to work as part of a diverse team, with excellent communication and organisational skills, is crucial for success in this role.
