**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Roster Officer** to be part of our Business Services Unit, Counter Terrorism & Special Tactics Command team. The Roster Officer provides efficient and effective coordination and management of the rostering portfolio, utilising all human resources available to achieve corporate, community and command requirements.

**Target Question 1**:
The roster officer will thrive on working in a dynamic and high-volume environment, regularly having to think and solve problems experienced due to frequent, unexpected roster changes on a daily basis.

Please outline your relevant rostering experience and outline a resourcing situation where you effectively managed constant changes and requests, whilst maintaining quality service delivery, effective deployment of resources and customer satisfaction.

**Target Question 2**:
Using a relevant/recent work example, please describe a rostering problem in your workplace and describe the approach and data that you used to analyse the issue. What recommendations did you make for change, whilst ensuring compliance with policies/procedures. What was the outcome?
