As a result of our growth and focus on continuing to strengthen the support we provide to our hospital partners, a newly created opportunity is present for a customer-focused **Afterhours Administration Coordinator.**

This role will be responsible for co-ordinating the daily operational activites of our hospital contracts administration team, and will support in the development and implementation of processes to ensure the delivery of objectives in a reliable and efficient manner.

**What will you be doing?**
- Participate in the delivery of patient focused administrative services during evenings and/or overnight
- Provide administrative support to Radiologists
- Liaise with hospital clinical partners to manage hospital contracts
- Work with internal IT team to troubleshoot workflow or system issues
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes and achieve maximum efficiencies
- Work a rotating roster: 7-days on, 7-days off, on either the evening or overnight shift, or a combination of both

- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships
- Reliable internet access to work from home or hybrid
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs
- Previous administration and customer service in a fast-paced environment (health-related industry well regarded)
- Sound understanding of the Radiologists’ workflow, Medicare legislation, and the supporting administration processes, policies, and procedures (well regarded)
