**About Continuity Care**
Continuity Care is an NDIS registered service provider that supports people in their own homes or in the community aiming to increase their independence, inclusion, and social and economic participation. We support people living with disabilities, in aged care and those who require in-home care. We recognise the need for culturally appropriate support and endeavour to provide this as effectively as we can, utilising the resources available to us to ensure everyone’s needs are addressed. The support we provide is individualised, self-directed as possible, and integrated. We aim to assist individuals to lead 'their' lives of optimal quality, comfort, and independence within their own homes.
We are also a Home Care Package Approved Provider which means we can extend our unique high level of care to a wider community.
**About the Role**
We seek an intuitive, dynamic, and experienced administration professional to work closely with the operations manager in the daily office running to support our clinical and care teams in delivering exceptional services to our clients.
The ability to effectively control the rostering of Community and SIL care staff and provide effective and efficient administrative support relating to financial processes, records management, purchasing, and administrative and HR tasks and services to a smooth-running office and happy clients.
As Rostering coordinator you will work with the service delivery team to establish and maintain solid systems and processes, providing shift filling assistance, coordination of employee on/off-boarding and general HR and governance of all workforce planning and rostering matters.
You will value confidentiality, be self-motivated to ensure tasks are completed on time and feel equally at home working in a team environment.
**Own It - How we get the job done**
As a Rostering Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and working within an approved roster of care.
- These casual pools are to be established and coordinated by the Roster Coordinator for each hub.
- Ensuring that effective and consistent shift-filling processes occur 24/7 including rotating Oncall responsibility.
- Supporting team members in the Workforce Planning & Rostering team by collating, analysing and reporting on local requirements and by leading the implementation of Workforce Planning & Rostering team initiatives
- Provide backup coverage and perform other duties as required to maintain continuity of contact with other parts of organisations and external parties within budget, regulatory and compliance parameters
**Your skills**
- Strong conceptual skills including the ability for analysis and problem solving
- Proven experience in providing administrative support to Senior Management, including experience in dealing with confidential matters
- Experience in rostering and live roster systems
- Experience and understanding of SCHADS Award
- Experience with Cloud-based filing/archiving
- Experience in Aged Care Home Care Package and NDIS financial management and invoicing.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office suite
- Proven strong and accurate data entry skills
- Experience in HR coordination and recruitment
- Organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a client-directed care environment
