About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Ecolab. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with supermarkets and large retailers to ensure they operate with cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a regular visit cycle with customers within your territory to identify their needs and recommend solutions to improve food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and customer service, to deliver excellent service to customers.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure our customers are using our sanitizing solutions and equipment effectively and safely.
  • Conduct food safety, brand standards, and other on-site evaluations at customer locations, assessing workplace safety and environmental cleanliness.
  • Assist with growing the business by identifying new opportunities for our customers.
  • Servicing equipment and conducting some basic repairs/maintenance if required.

Requirements:

  • Experience within Food Retail or Quick Service Restaurants.
  • Understanding of food safety and compliance.
  • The drive and enthusiasm to succeed and provide solutions that add genuine value to your customers through the highest standards of service.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • A hands-on approach in providing service to your customers.
  • Desire to build a career at Ecolab.
