We are currently seeking a skilled Territory Manager to bolster our successful Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding market presence for our specialized products.

Based in a dynamic environment, the responsibilities of this position include:

  • Achieving product certification for low voltage, high voltage, and CRT offerings.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales objectives while enhancing market share within the designated territory.
  • Implementing and executing effective sales strategies to promote business growth and develop sales competencies, including territory and account planning, customer profiling, and training.
  • Utilizing sales analysis tools for strategic territory management.
  • Cultivating relationships with key customer segments and leveraging customer networks.
  • Supporting the implementation and management of pacemakers, defibrillators, and CRT devices in clinical settings.
  • Overseeing consignment inventory management.
  • Keeping abreast of product knowledge and participating in educational initiatives.
  • Assisting in product marketing and launch activities.
  • Providing valuable market insights regarding product and competitor dynamics.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in biomedical sciences or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Coronary Care Nursing or as a Cardiac Technician is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within CRM is advantageous, though strong territory management experience in medical sales will also be considered.
  • IBHRE Certification is preferred.
  • A demonstrated history of achieving sales targets in a complex, solution-oriented sales environment.
  • A solid understanding of industry processes and the ability to engage effectively with both customers and industry experts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric and empathetic approach.
  • The ability to clearly articulate technical and clinical information.
