We are currently seeking a skilled Territory Manager to bolster our successful Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division.

This role is pivotal in maximizing sales volume and expanding market presence for designated product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing certification for low voltage, high voltage, and CRT products.
  • Meeting sales objectives and enhancing market share within the assigned territory.
  • Actively engaging in sales force effectiveness initiatives to drive business growth and develop sales competencies, including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiling, and sales training.
  • Utilizing available sales analysis tools for effective territory planning.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key customer groups and leveraging customer networks.
  • Supporting the implementation and management of pacemakers, defibrillators, and CRT devices in clinical settings.
  • Overseeing consignment stock management.
  • Keeping abreast of product knowledge and participating in educational programs.
  • Assisting in product marketing and launch initiatives.
  • Providing market insights regarding product and competitor activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Tertiary qualifications in biomedical sciences, medical science, or a related field.
  • Experience in Coronary Care Nursing or as a Cardiac Technician is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within CRM is advantageous; however, strong territory management experience in medical sales will also be considered.
  • IBHRE Certification is preferred.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets in a complex, solution-oriented sales environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry processes and functions, with the ability to engage in meaningful discussions with customers and industry experts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a customer-centric and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical and clinical information.
