Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to support our established and high-performing Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division. This role is responsible for maximizing sales volume and market share of designated products in the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete low voltage, high voltage and CRT product certification
  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory
  • Implement and execute sales force effectiveness initiatives to drive business growth and sales skills development, including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training
  • Utilize available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning
  • Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilize key customer networks
  • Support implantation, post-operative and clinics of pacemakers, defibrillators & CRT devices within the territory
  • Manage consignment stock
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs
  • Assist with product marketing and launches
  • Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in biomedical, medical science or related field
  • Experience in Coronary Care Nursing or as a Cardiac Technician is highly considered
  • Experience in an identical role within CRM is highly advantageous, however, solid territory management (sales) experience in medical sales in general will be considered
  • IBHRE Certification preferred
  • Proven track record in delivering sales targets in a complex, solution selling environment
  • Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills; be customer-focused and empathetic
  • Concisely and clearly communicate with the ability to articulate technical/clinical information
