We are currently seeking a skilled Territory Manager to bolster our successful and established Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division.
This role is focused on optimizing the sales volume and expanding the market share of specific products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing certification for low voltage, high voltage, and CRT products.
- Meeting sales objectives and enhancing market share within the assigned territory.
- Actively executing sales force effectiveness initiatives to foster business growth and enhance sales skills, including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiling, and sales training.
- Utilizing available sales analysis tools for effective territory planning.
- Building and nurturing relationships with key customer groups, identifying and leveraging essential customer networks.
- Supporting the implementation, post-operative care, and clinics for pacemakers, defibrillators, and CRT devices within the designated territory.
- Managing consignment inventory effectively.
- Keeping abreast of product knowledge and participating in educational programs.
- Assisting with product marketing and launches.
- Providing valuable market insights regarding product and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in biomedical sciences, medical science, or a related field.
- Experience in Coronary Care Nursing or as a Cardiac Technician is highly regarded.
- Previous experience in a similar role within CRM is advantageous; however, substantial territory management experience in medical sales will also be considered.
- IBHRE Certification is preferred.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets in a complex, solution-oriented selling environment.
- Strong understanding of industry processes and functions, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and both internal and external experts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a customer-focused and empathetic approach.
- Ability to convey technical and clinical information clearly and concisely.
