Job Overview

A seasoned professional is sought to spearhead the adoption and utilization of Microsoft Copilot AI within various business units. This 3-month contract will be based in Melbourne CBD, with a requirement for 2 days of on-site work per week.

This daily rate contract demands an immediate start.

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that teams are trained, engaged, and empowered to maximize the capabilities of Copilot.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver day-to-day engagement for Copilot enablement and feature training across business units.
  • Establish and conduct tailored walkthroughs, demos, and Q&A sessions with users throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Digital, and Business Change teams to embed Copilot usage into workflows.
  • Capture feedback, identify adoption barriers, and continually refine change strategies.
  • Support internal communications and learning materials to ensure consistent messaging and self-service success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of delivering change management initiatives in large enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working with AI-powered tools, preferably Microsoft Copilot.
  • Ability to engage business users at all levels – from frontline to executive – and simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience in enterprise retail environments is highly valued.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Contract Details
  • 3-month contract.
  • Daily rate – competitive and commensurate with experience.
  • Location: Melbourne CBD, with 2 days onsite per week.
