AI Adoption Specialist

We're seeking an AI Adoption Specialist to help bring AI solutions to life across our organization.

About the Role

This specialist will work closely with business departments to identify opportunities, build agentic solutions, and support the rollout of AI use cases that deliver real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Consulting & Triage — Act as a point of contact for departments who want to explore AI ideas or solutions; conduct AI consults to uncover needs, define use cases, and recommend solutions.
  • Engineering AI Solutions — Build and deploy AI agents; develop agentic workflows that integrate with existing platforms and business systems; support productionization of AI use cases from consults and workshops.
  • Enablement & Education — Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to uplift AI literacy across roles; contribute to AI Academy by coordinating learning paths and training materials.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration — Partner with other teams to align on AI tools, platforms, and coding standards; collaborate with AI Champions to share lessons, cross-pollinate ideas, and shape culture.
