Democratizing AI and Automation

The Senior AI & Automation Specialist will play a critical role in advancing the state-of-the-art in AI and automation across various industries. This includes building mission-critical workflows, developing domain-specific Large Language Models (LLMs), and transforming existing automation infrastructure into an accessible platform.

This role requires expertise in workflow orchestration, AI/LLM experience, and clear communication skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with n8n, Airflow, Zapier, or similar automation platforms, as well as experience leading AI/ML projects from conception to production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the internal AI and automation platform
  • Develop production-grade integration and automation solutions
  • Lead the development and deployment of domain-specific LLMs
  • Establish best practices and patterns for AI and automation
  • Embed security and governance principles
  • Enable widespread adoption
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Python and SQL: delivered production systems that handle real data and users
  • Workflow orchestration: hands-on experience with n8n, Airflow, Zapier, or similar automation platforms
  • AI/LLM experience: demonstrated experience leading AI/ML projects from conception to production
  • Clear communicator: translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and gather business requirements
  • Vector/RAG expertise: experience with embeddings, vector databases, or retrieval patterns
  • Cloud platform experience: deployed and managed systems on GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Training mindset: created documentation, tutorials, or enabled others to use technical tools
