Job Title

A Manager is required to lead our internal systems' development and adoption, blending off-the-shelf platforms with custom-built automation and AI to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the roadmap for internal platforms, ensuring timely delivery and guiding project managers in backlog management.
  • Lead and coach a team of 5-7 engineers, providing structured 1:1s, feedback, and personal development planning.
  • Ensure solutions are adopted and used by at least 80% of intended users within 90 days, developing and implementing adoption plans.

  • Commercial focus, confident in ROI modelling, licensing decisions, and impact-led prioritization.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, integration design, and security best practices.
