This role entails engaging prospects and customers about their related initiatives to develop a more efficient approach, leveraging our platform. The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for the entire sales cycle, utilizing company resources to reach successful collaborations with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:- Educate customers on the value of AI through thoughtful communication.
- Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing customers.
- Provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs and usage patterns.
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the buying cycle.
- Develop C-Level vision matches with prospects and customers, fostering alignment across different groups and cultivating champions.
- Sell innovation and new concepts to large enterprises effectively.
- Handle inbound customer communication and escalate issues appropriately.
- Collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product development.
- 5-7 years' experience in software field sales or relevant sales experience.
- Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises.
- Strong ability to develop vision matches with prospects and customers, fostering alignment across different groups.
- Good articulation of competitive positioning.
- Domain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration preferred.
- Advanced interpersonal communication skills and adaptability.
