Commercial Programs Strategy and Operations Lead

This is a strategic leadership role at Google, responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for Commercial Programs in the APAC region. The successful candidate will lead a team of Regional Product Leaders, tasked with driving commercial program strategy development and governance.

About the Role

The Commercial Programs organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. This role sits within the Product Go-To-Market (GTM) team, responsible for accelerating and defending LCS business growth across the region via the development and adoption of products, tools, and program best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies designed to encourage sustainable activation of commercial programs that drive business priorities for APAC.
  2. Guide the deployment of commercial programs and key activities with cross-functional teams, including Regional Marketing Objectives Leads, Compliance, Finance, and Legal.
  3. Identify and prioritize critical opportunities to innovate APAC programs through continual market/product GTM team collaboration and engagement with lead user customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory experience or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing teams.
