Strategic Operations Director, Commercial Programs

About the Role
The Business Strategy & Operations organization at Google provides critical business insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and drives strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
This role sits within the Product Go-To-Market (GTM) team, tasked with accelerating and defending LCS business growth across the region via the development and adoption of products, tools, and program best practices.
As a Strategic Operations Director of the Commercial Programs team, you will lead a team of Regional Product Leaders (RPLs) responsible for commercial program strategy development and governance for the APAC region.
Candidates must have a strong background in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience, with a minimum of 10 years of experience and 5 years working with executive stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market strategies, guiding the deployment of commercial programs, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to innovate APAC programs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to address systemic issues acting as roadblocks to adoption and smooth incentive operations.
Salary Range: $250,000 - $350,000 per annum based on location and experience.
