At Tideri Jobbörse, we're on a mission to power prosperity for consumers, small businesses, and the self-employed. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational effectiveness across our customer-facing teams.

As a Principal of Revenue Growth and Operations, you'll partner with our Head of Australia GTM to optimize our Go-To-Market strategy and accelerate the operational execution of new or existing programs. You'll design experimentation plans to test hypotheses, partner with Analytics to track and analyze results, and drive growth programs.

We're seeking individuals who thrive in a dynamic work environment and bring innovative ways of delivering revenue growth. A successful candidate will be adept at partnering cross-functionally, influencing others with data, and have strong communication skills to develop presentations and share executive progress updates.

  • Collaborate with Mailchimp Head of Australia to establish the vision, mission, and organizational structure for the sales team.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to maximize motion effectiveness.
  • Set clear and specific metrics for the business and establish a regular cadence, working with Central Planning as needed.
  • Manage key strategic motion projects, providing clear communication and leadership to ensure their successful execution.
  • Partner with leaders to identify growth opportunities, and translate them into an estimated impact on the business.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to evaluate process improvements.
  • Track and report on program progress.
  • Build and present leadership updates on learnings and recommendations.
  • Proactively surface risks or dependencies and partner to develop ideas to navigate roadblocks.

Experience driving strategic planning activities, launching major cross-functional initiatives, and analyzing data from a variety of sources is a must. If you're a fast learner who can quickly grasp new concepts and communicate findings clearly to a broad range of audiences, we want to hear from you.
