Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our commercial operations and client services team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex commercial activities, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth.

About the Role

The Head of Commercial Operations and Client Services will be responsible for overseeing the commercial activities of the team, including client relationship management, business development, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver commercial activities and client services
  • Manage complex client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and other stakeholders
  • Oversee the provision of timely and accurate corporate services to clients
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Law or Business Administration or other similar disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in a Legal, Accounting, or Governance role with relevant accounting or legal qualifications
  • Proven track record in managing commercial activities and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with good planning and organizational skills
