About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity within one of Australia's retail media pioneers. As the Head of Product, you will lead Cartology's ROOH channel strategy, proposition, and sales enablement. Your responsibilities will include leading our targeting and measurement roadmap, including MOVE, programmatic DOOH strategy, and overarching channel positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Cartology's ROOH proposition as the No.1 ROOH operator in Australia.
  • Innovate Cartology's ROOH solution through leading pricing, packaging, ad creative & ad tech innovation and product sales recommendations.
  • Sales enablement structure and processes to ensure the sales team can deliver best in class solutions and support of the Agency Sales Leadership through fostering senior relationships with agencies and clients.
  • Define go-to-market plans through collaboration with sales and marketing teams ensuring a prioritised and strategic series of go-to-market initiatives.
  • Support Cartology's Commercial Development team through partner engagement requirements, recommendations on our ROOH network development and collaboration on future growth strategies.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need to have ~15 years' proven experience in media with at least 5 years in Out of Home advertising recently. You will also need to have demonstrated leadership roles in media and experience leading out of home media product strategy. Additionally, you will need to have the ability to provide business improvements and design effective sales enablement processes, commercial acumen to identify opportunities for growth and demonstrated experience in defining, communicating and delivering product / revenue strategies to Executive stakeholders.
