A Career Opportunity for Sales Professionals
We are seeking a skilled Customer Development Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our customer development team, you will play a vital role in building and growing our brands in the ecommerce market.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Customer Account Management: Directly manage customer accounts, fostering strong relationships and strategically planning business growth to drive sales and meet profit goals.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, forecasting, and planning to achieve sales targets within investment guidelines and align with global and regional brand strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, and supply chain functions, to build business opportunities and ensure planning accuracy.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Collaborate with global colleagues to continue learning and developing your skills and knowledge.
About You:
- Relevant Degree Qualification: Hold a relevant degree qualification.
- 3+ Years Sales Experience: Have at least 3 years of sales experience.
- Collaboration Skills: Be able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- G-Suite Skills: Possess intermediate G-Suite skills, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Data Studio.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- FMC or Pet Speciality Background: Preferably have experience in FMCG or pet specialty industry.
