Hill's Pet Nutrition, a subsidiary of the global Colgate-Palmolive Company, is seeking a talented Customer Development Manager to join our Sydney office.

Job Summary

This role reports directly to the Customer Development Director and is key to building & growing our Brands in the ecommerce market. You will be passionate about elevating the Hill's business by translating brand strategies into sales & marketing plans to drive category, share & sales for Hill's & our retail partners.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will own all elements of the Customer P&L, manage 6Ps, forecasting and planning from beginning to end internally & externally.
  • You will directly manage customer accounts, fostering strong relationships, strategically planning business to grow/drive sales and ensuring profit goals are met.
  • You will deliver sales targets within investment guidelines and alignment with global & regional brand strategy by strategising & recommending promotional plans.
  • You will collaborate with cross functional teams such as the broader Customer Development Team, Marketing, Digital and Supply Chain functions to build business opportunities and ensure planning accuracy.
About You
  • You have a relevant degree qualification.
  • You have 3+ years of sales experience.
  • You have experience collaborating with diverse teams.
  • You possess intermediate G-Suite Skills - Sheets, Docs, Slides & Data Studio.
  • You have strong analytical skills.
